Customer Support Services

Our customer service team is the first line of support for our clients. We have been working with law firms for more than 30 years. We know how important responsiveness is to our firms. Nearly 50% of all calls for support are handled directly by a support representative. Of the calls not handled directly, 90% are returned within 20 minutes. We are accountable to our clients and after each call; clients are surveyed for feedback on our performance. Our goals are to provide quick response and excellent support.
